The best stay in the best location!

We had the best time and really enjoyed the house and backyard !! There were 5 couples and so spacious for everyone! Monty and Lisa were great and responded to any questions we had almost immediately which was so nice! This place is perfect if you want to walk downtown — so close to the park and restaurants too.<br/>They have setup the backyard so nice with seating areas all over along with a bar and tv and also a fire pit area and games. We really really enjoyed playing the albums from the record player and it brought back so many memories. Kitchen is setup with everything you need and beds were comfy. Lots of bathrooms too! I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay here again !!

4 couples stayed in this lovely house. All of the amenities were top notch. We especially appreciated that all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were labeled so it was easy to find what we were looking for. 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one with an attached bath and 2 with a shared bath between them. But there was an other full bath across the hall from one of the bedrooms, so one couple used that bathroom and the other couple used the shared bath. My husband and I slept in the casita outside, which had a kitchen. There was even a powder room on the main floor and a large TV room with a full bath downstairs. No one used the upstairs bedroom because the temperature was in the 90’s when we were there. A totally comfortable house for friends or a family. Lots of sitting areas both inside and outside. Monte was wonderful to rent from. He responded to my questions immediately and it was obvious he wanted us to enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend this house and hope to stay again.
